add 'user_login' into refine search option

I would like to add the field user_login from table wp_users into the 'advanced search' option. This would allow buyers to refine by all items posted by a specific user/business. The user_login field does not appear on the view which allows you to allocate to the advanced search. Any ideas on how I can do this?

    thanks
