    Adding checkbox to sidebar contact form for newsletter subscription

    Does any know how to or have a suggested plugin that I could use to put a checkbox in the sidebar contact form so that people can sign up for the website newsletter when they send messages to sellers? For example, if I'm selling a car on the website and bob wants to contact me, at the bottom of the contact form theres a checkbox (already checked) and a line that states "check here to subscribe to the website newsletter"

    Any ideas?
