Adding hardcoded text underneath search bar

Hi there, I would like to add a small portion of hardcoded text (italic) beneath the search bar (not the what are you looking for text) for example "eg florists, plumbers, carpenters etc."
Where in the theme files would I go about doing this?

Also I need to change every instance of the text "Ads" to "Business" as I will be using it as a business related theme, what files would I need to edit?

    Many thanks in advance.
