    Ads Pending - Stay Pending

    Hello, so i allow users to post more than one ad. Sometimes only one gets approved and added to my website. The problem is, when they pay via paypal or when they are a user that can post for free, all of their ads automatically publish as soon as I approve one. I need to have the ability to leave certain ads as pending while publishing others. How can I do this?
