Advanced / Refine Search Question

Hi guys,

Does anyone knows how to change the Advanced Search (aka Refine Search)

when the advanced search set to: category and custom field.

1) When in a category - to load only the current category

when I go into a category -it loads all categories- isn't a purpose is "refine" is to refine the current category you're in......then why load all category?

2) When in a category - to load the custom field values belong to that category.

when I go into a category -it loads all the values of the custom field- not just a values matches this category.
The problem with that is...as a "Refine"... is ..... if the custom field have 20 options.....but there is only 5 used in ads under this category

if the user clicks on the other 15.... it will be "No Ads Find".....So how is that "Refine"......

You - I for sure - want always eliminate any possible "No Ads Find".

So as a "Refine" .. should only load the values that match the current category.

So anyone knows how to adjust the "Refine Search" to do that.

..To me any other way, it not just not help as refine, but it is more useless then anything.
