Advanced Search Premium Classipress Plugin (NOT RECOMMENDED & Very Bad Support)
The plugin Advanced Search Premium for Classipress didn’t work in my site.
What was the issue?
When I search for ads using the plugin, it says ''Page not found''.
Support type from the developer
1. The developer said I should deactivate and reactivate all the plugins one by one to see if it is conflicting with any other plugins, I did and the issue stayed the same.
2. Then he asked for my WordPress login details, I gave him.
3. Then he asked for FTP login, I gave him.
4. Then he said can he deactivate my child theme. I said yes if the settings stays the same after reactivating. Now, i didn’t get any reply from him.
5.I said ok if he can’t figure it out, its fine if I get a refund. Then he says he was in a business trip, he will look in the weekend.
Summery
Very bad support, no attention or seriousness for customers at all. I use different plugins, child theme and so on and met many Classipress Developers. But Never came through this kind of support. Now he says, no refund is possible because ”his plugins simply works.”
ClassiPress do not deserve it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
