A working Refine search, better membership and ad packs - recurring billing, invoicing and invoice download - woo-commerce integration - registration while listing an ad - to mention but a few and how about a business directory plugin based on classipress rather than the piss poor vantage solution, so we can use the same styling (code base) and features of classipress?

To address some of the things mentioned in your first post...
Refine search - we will continue to improve refine search in future releases
Better membership and ad packs - you will see plenty of improvements to this with ClassiPress 3.3
Recurring payments - coming but no date set
WooCommerce integration - We have two child themes in the marketplace that integrate WooCommerce with ClassiPress. It's not likely that WooCommerce integration would be added directly to the theme as it is not an integral piece of a classifieds site.
registration while listing an ad - This is not a high priority at this time
business directory plugin based on classipress - This is not something that we will produce. Vantage is the only directory theme that we will produce. I'm sorry that you do not like it but we're committed to it. Vantage 1.2 will be available soon with lots of added features and improvements.
While responsive design and WPML may not be high on your list of wants for ClassiPress, these were two items that were in great demand from many of our customers. We make every attempt to include the most popular features that would be considered an integral part of a classifieds theme. We will continue to develop the theme in this manner.
