Is anyone interested in some work to modify some code for me?

Hi

I have put a bit about what it is I would like to achieve below. I am sure some of you have already done this but wondered if any one can help at all?

I am running the following:

WP 3.9.1
Classipress 3.3.3
and the child theme eclassify

What I am looking to do is as below.

Customization required:

1. On the main front page the tabs above the ads listed are (JUST LISTED) (POPULAR ADS) (RANDOM ADS) (AD CATEGORIES)

I want to change these to the following:

(JUST LISTED) - No change at all
(FEATURED ADS) - This will show just the featured ads on the site
(WANTED ADS) - I have set up a category on my site called Wanted, it does have sub categories that I want to be included in this tab, so basically when a user hits this tab it shows all the wanted category ads and associated sub categories in this tab section.
(AD CATEGORIES) - No change at all

2. The second item of customization I am looking to do is in relation to the above mentioned Wanted categories and sub categories. What I am looking to do is remove the option for the user to upload any images to the advert if they post an ad in the wanted category or any associated sub categories. With the option to upload an image removed I would like a custom image to appear so it shows very clearly it is a wanted ad.

That's all I have on the hit list for now but do have much more I am looking to do.

If you can help that would be great but if not just let me know and I will see if I can find someone else to help.
