    Instructions on how to modify the code for private recruitment

    Just as the title suggests I need some help setting my website up. I'm making the site for a private recruitment company so not everyone can list jobs on the site and only people from the company can list, I really like the theme so I just want to use it in a way that everyone else can only upload your Resumes and apply for jobs.
