    Lightbulb Arabic words in URL

    Dears,
    Ads titles are used as the URL of the ad, but with Arabic Titles the URLs are so ambiguous, ugly and Search Engines UNfriendly... this is an example:

    http://www.souksouria.com/ads/%d8%b7...8%d9%8a%d8%b9/

    when I am changing the Permalinks structure to post number or anything rather than the %postname% it's not taking ! and still using the post title in the URL.

    any advice to that please ?
