Auto-detect keywords

hi,

i have many categories on my site and some are free and others paid. Now i am trying to avoid people posting on the free category a paid Ad (for example clothing is free but real-estate if paid, i was trying to avoid posting a flat under the clothing category)

is there a way that the system detects such things and prevents a user for doing such things?
