Banners on top and on the bottom of the ads in version 3.0.5 and up

Hy there,

I must say that since the latest version 3.0.5 and sinced the ads were separated from the posts, I do not know how to add banners on top and on the bottom of the ads.

In version 3.0.4 it was very simple with any wordpress plugin that let you insert html in the header or footer of all the posts, so we could had different banners for different categories and posts.

With the new version, all those plugins doesn't work anymore, so my question is, how we can do it in order to have different banners for the different ads in the different categories ( on top and on the bottom of the ad ) ???
