Can this be done using Classipress

I need help developing a website by modifying classipress a bit. Can someone tell me if this can be done using classipress and if yes I would need some help when I get stuck. I am average to good at PHP and wordpress.

We need a site to be developed using wordpress (bcos its an existing site on wordpress and many pages are already indexed well in google)
The site is for fashion models and modelling agencies.
There will be 3 types of members.
    1. Models
    2. Modelling agencies
    3. Clients (companies who wish to hire models for some projects)

We need 2 types of memberships Free and Paid (Paypal).
The membership will be required to post their profile or requirement on our website.
Models and modelling agencies should be able to register and post their profile with images and other details. Their contact details and contact form will be visible only to the paid members of category clients (not to other paid members).
Free membership shuld have limited number of image uploads... say 5. This should be adjustable from admin panel.

Clients should be able to register and post their requirements. Their contact details and contact form should be visible to only paid models and modelling agencies. The paid membership should allow them to post certain number of ads/requirements per month. The ads should expire in certain number of days.
We should be able to create membership packs and registration forms with various fields for models, modelling agencies and clients seperately from admin panel.
