can we sell classipress?

Hi.. i was wondering can i sell classipress to my clients if i got developer licence?

We(melbweb) already done some plugins based on classipress like- affiliate/audio/video/pdf option, classipress as store, different search options, different payment option etc..

also.. we have done user review/rate system, pm system, subscription option(on way) ..

What if we offer clients all in one pack built in with classipress theme ?

also we are planning to offer some custom child theme ...

Is it gona be legal or not ? Can anyone from classipress team confirm me in this issue ?
