Can't remove Ad Listing Fee and Total Amount Due on the review step of ad listing

Hi

I am using classipress 3.4. I want to remove the 'Ad Listing Fee' and 'Total amount due' from the review step of ad listing. This is the step that an user will see before submitting an ad to my site. There will be no fee for posting an ad in my site. So, i want to remove those two things. I did not check the 'Cost per listing charge' to yes in the admin area and removed those code in the custom-forms.php but nothing has changed. Those two things are still showing.
Anyone please give me some idea what I am missing in here. Your help would be appreciated.
