Change the default fields

Hello everybody,

i use ACF and have some problems about custom fields. I have written a separated dynamic code for country/city. It works very good, but when editing an Ad it is not anymore possible to select my dynamic fields but that defined in the ACF. How can i do to solve this problem?
Another problem: How to make the days before the actual date in the datepicker unclickbar?
