    Change Header

    I know this question has been asked before because I am one of those who has asked. How do you replace the header with an image? Invariably someone refers you to the thread http://forums.appthemes.com/header-bg-image-12188/ . There seems to be too many different answers to the question. They get quite convoluted and my head starts swimming. Is there someone who could take one more stab at it and explain in a straightforward and logical way the steps that need to be followed?
