Change tab on Home page that say Bar that say Home to..

Change tab on Home page bar that say Home to adfree. I no it is traditional to have navigate back to index is to have it writen as home.

But I think having AdFree will be better for internal linking and search engine optimization.
For instance if I have a 1000 page, that would be 1000 internal linking with a keyword that has to do with my site. I think that would be great.

Can anyone help me on how this can be done?
