Changes to Contact box on post page

Hi All,

Loving Classipress so far glad I bought it!

Have a couple of questions and need to know if they are possible.

Basically on the contacts tab on a listing I need to know how to do the following:

Need to add to the contact tab the following:

Telephone number
Another message box

So all in all this would be the general layout:
Name:
Telephone Number
Email
Message Box one
Message Box Two

Also need to know if users can attach a file to the contact box and send the advertiser a document.
