Changes in Step 3 Add Ads

Hi all

I want change anything in Step 3 in the ADD Ads File

I see in tpl_add_new there is includet the step3.php

i dont understand

in step 1 is the dropdown categories thats right
in step 2 is the formular thats right
in step 3.php i see the message echo html( 'h3', __( 'Thank you! Your ad listing has been submitted for review.', APP_TD ) );

when i add an ads i see on the last step of the add process not this text... i see another text
can anyone tell me why?

i want to ad some code

i want to tell the user that all is good the ad is online but its better when he click on this facebook button to share the add directli with theyr friends

cann anybody tell me where i must exactly add the facebook code to do this
