Problem in Step 1 - category selection - will not move to part 2 of step 1

I have a client who is trying to place an ad on a classipress site I've just completed. There have been numerous ads placed on there by other users already and I have not come across this problem, however, they cannot move forward from the category selection step.

They are logged in, click on post an ad, they click on their chosen category and click 'GO' but it it won't move forward from the category selection page to the form page to enter the ad details.

I have logged in as them and tried and it works fine for me.

Why would this be happening? Is it something to do with their computer/internet settings?

If it's happened to one person it could happen to more, and I think it's important I have the knowledge of what could be causing the program and how to fix it.
