    Changing words in the menu

    Hi

    I need to change some words in the menu.
    For exemple... I need to change the word 'Categories' for the drop-down categories.
    How to change the word 'blog' ?
    How can I add other menus ? Other drop-down menu in the big menu ???
    How to remove the 'home" word.
