    Unhappy 'Charge for Listing Ads'/'Featured Ad Price' Issue

    It seems that if you set the 'Charge for Listing Ads' option to 'No', then it will not prompt you to pay for a 'Featured Listing' if you set an amount for it. The listing will be published without asking for payment (even though step 3 of the listing process says your total is $1 for the featured listing)

    In my testing, if I set the 'Charge for Listing Ads' option to 'Yes' and set all my category prices to $0, it still prompts me that they cost $1.

    Is there any way I can have regular listings be free and featured listings cost money (and have it work with paypal)?
