Create a New RSS Feed for Featured Ads only

I searched this forum to create a new rss feed to display only Featured Ads but all the posts are out-dated by almost 2 years. Can someone guide me the best way to acheive this.

I want to continue having the standard listings RSS feed to display ads in chronological order (dont want to lose that so lets not modify the current rss) and CREATE A NEW FEED showing only FEATURED ADS.

Any guides (including code and what page to edit) would me much appreciated.
