    Where can I find the demo menu categories?

    Was wondering I want to start my classified ads categories with the same demo menu categories. Where can i find the file?
    Most of what i am going to add are the same categories and menu layout I don't need the actual demo products, just menu categories. Just don't want to have to retype all the categories.

    I'm i missing something, Any ideas?
