Creating a page

Here is what I am wanting to do.

Create a page for "premimum users".

Underneath that, create sub-pages for each "premium user".

I know how to do that - but what I do not know how to do is give that particular "premium user" permission to edit that page as they choose?

Is there a way I can assign a password to each of their pages and give it to them so they can edit as they would like?
