Creating sub categories faster and easier way

Hello All,

I have several categories and have 10 sub categories for each of them.

In example:

Categories are: a,b, c,d

Sub categories are: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 for each of the category above.

It takes a long time to do it from WordPress.

There must be another way to do it faster. Such as via PHPMyadmin etc.

Please let me know if anyone has some information of it.
