    Custom Category Prices?

    I have many categories set up for around the world. What they want is to be able to change the price by region. For example... We want to let people post an ad in the US for a car for say $2.00 and in India for $1. Right now the software only lets me pick a price for the category and it stays that price everywhere. Can anyone help me?
    Is there a plugin I can buy? How can I get this done.

    There is surely a plugin or addon someplace but I can't seem to find it. Someone please help.
