Hi, I read somewhere in the forums that v3.0.2 had a Custom CSS option where you can specify sitewide background color schemes for the PAGES, CATEGORIES, HEADER, etc.
I have v3.0.2 installed, however, I cannot locate the Custom CSS option, any help is much appreciated.
