custom form to run the map ad

hi I aquistao classipres and also the template phoenix ..
I encounter any difficulties with the custom fields ..
I do not see the map below more ads if I raise my default field zip / postal code
how can I create a custom field called cap that once inserted ZIP code shows me the map?
or better yet if I insert address for example if the user enters the address I can not view the map with the location?
