Custom Storefront Plugin Needed

Hi folks, I am wondering how to create a store section where my members who are actual businesses can post item for sale in their own store on my classipress site. Confused? Me too. Classipress is set up to allow ads. I want it to go one step further and create stores for premium members. This way businesses can put qty price and order button in the ad to go to their paypal item. I also want them to be able to go to a members "storefront" within classipress.

Ideas?
