Help needed with ads and a plugin.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. My client wants to be able to upgrade ads so they have a bold option and a highlighted so she wants to be able to upgrade the ads for a fee?

And the second on is, is there a plugin that can add telephone numbers automatically my client uses different numbers to protect the customers numbers. She wants to be able to add quite a few at the same time so a pool of numbers. And then an email to be sent to her with their numbers so she can redirect the numbers to their mobile or landline number.
