Custom Theme - how to make new theme which will be selectable in cp settings?

Hi,
i am a web designer, and its no a problem for me to change css to make it look different.

i have done for example theme here: http://chelseavipescorts.co.uk/

but... now i dont want to update my cp coz i will have to do it all again or replace the files... anyway it takes to much effort to do that will few websites that i am doing and will be doing with cp.

is there any way that i can make a layout and then select it in CP???
