Deleting Reference ID, change of Google Maps setting, change sidebar ad position

Hi all,

I would like to ask you for advices for setting up my Classipress template. Thanks in advance for your help.

1. How can I delete the yellow table with Ad Reference ID from the detail of each ad? I don´t need to have it there.

2. Is there any chance to set up some default place for Google Maps and when maps doesn´t know where is some place it will show some default? I have actually some place in USA when someone insert nonexisting place in ad. I have set up my language in Admin profile, but USA place still remains as default

3. Is there any chance to change the sidebar ad position - I would like to have Contact on first place as display in detail of each ad, second map, third poster.
I have already tried some described solution, but Google maps were broken (lot of grey colour displayed and it looked weird and when comeone used contacted, it redirected to second sidebar with map which was completly grey.
So I need something what is working with actuall version.
