display ad category choose in a slidebar

Hi

I want to display all item put in the category choose by the Customer in the slidebar ad.

Ex:
The Customer choose house to sell

then in the sidebar Under the menu category he can see all houses to sell in the state choose.
With the advance search Under that
he can easyly choose is state ans category of price.
Is there an easy way to do that ?
