Display Custome Field in home page

Just would like to check how to display custom field and the value on my hope page:

Let say i already created following custom field in classipress:
Make:
Model:
Year:

Question Does this custom field name will become following in classipress:
cp_Make:
cp_Model:
cp_Year:

so how can i call those custom field to display on my homepage(index.php) under each ads.
