    Does Owner Still Receive New Ad Email if Ad cost is zero?

    In CP V.3.19 and above, does the ad owner still receive a new ad email notification; when the ad cost is brought down to zero, either from coupon code and/or discounted membership plan?

    If this is the case, how can I add the code to send a "New Ad is Live (published)" email to an ad owner, when the ad cost becomes zero cost through a coupon and/or a discounted membership plan? Thank you.
