Duplicate Meta Tags

I'm using either All in One SEO or Yoast for Meta configuration as it's just easy to have different sections and keyword throughout.. anyone have a preference on either plugin?

My main question is with using an SEO plugin, I'm having duplicate tags per webmaster tools and page source.

Can anyone tell me where these tags are located so I can delete them?
