    Edit Dashboard setup

    Hello
    Iam looking for how to edit the template "User Dashboard" as i like it to be smaller in left content and more in middle content like class"m-large-3" for left side bare and class="m-large-9" for content.
    but is it a php file i can edit or how can i do it
