    Lightbulb edit page navigation format

    hallo,

    my website has a lot of pages and it seems weird now.
    I don't want to use page-navi plugin.

    where can I edit this function ?
    <?php if(function_exists('cp_pagination')) { cp_pagination(); } ?>

    and also the css ?
