Email Fill-Out form

With the fill out forms for listings, do all the emails go to the users who submitted the listing. Or is there a way that emails can go to me, the admin (or both). I want to be able to monitor this, so I know what I can reasonably charge people. Or if I can control the leads I can charge on a 'per lead' basis.
