Keep Gradient/Faded look in Background

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to change my background color to a very light yellow but I would love to know how to keep the gradient or fade (whatever it's supposed to be called), that can be seen in the default gray background of classipress. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
