Email mailing list

Hi

I want to create a widget in the sidebar where visitors to the site - not advertisers - can sign up to get updates about new ads.

I only need it to contain 3 fields: name, email and a field where they choose from a dropdown list.

I have Fast Secure Form but that seems a bit complicated for what I need, also it says I can only use it on a page, not in the sidebar.

Any ideas?
