    Enable HTML Editor just for featured ads

    HI

    I need to enable HTML Editor just for featured ads . I don't know if it can be a persuading option for the advertisers to post a featured ads or not but any way I like to test it. any1 has any idea on how it can be possible ? this mod is definitely what many CP admins like to implement ! so let's do it together ! any 1 ???
