Excluding 1 category from ad posting process
Hey y'all!
I run a site that has a mix of used/old, new and sponsored ads. The site is run for free, I personally add sponsored ads with affiliate links in them. Now, what I am trying to accomplish, is that users that create/register their ads, are only available to select "old" or "new", and not "sponsored". It's entirely OK if it requires me to go in thru the back-end to manually change the categories of my own ad's, per se.
The core is to have one category (parent) with all it's sub-cat's hidden in the ad creation process. I would imagine someone else has had similar problems but I've been snooping around these forums all day with little or no luck in trying to find solution to this and other problems. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'll be mighty happy!
