Expiry date doesn't get updated when an ad gets renewed - any suggestions?

ahhh.. I thought that I had this problem before because of too many migrations of outlived.co.uk > deleted everything, started from point "0", no problems in the beginning and now it has returned:

Problem: Expiry date doesn't get updated when an ad gets renewed. So, naturally > ad expires and returns to draft mode.



I think this is a problem at my hosts side (using 20i).

How to approach this problem? What tests to run?

How should I describe the problem to my host as detailed as possible?
