    featured ad's always on top

    Hi, is there a way i could display featured ads always on top?
    One more question, if i create a new tab 'Featured Ad's' next to 'Just Listed', 'Most Popular', 'Random' to what do i link this tab?

    Would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!
