First Step Bypass

Is there a way to by pass the first step I of II to add new listing? i.e. the step that asked for category before displaying the sub categories?

I would like my site to just display the category with its depth from the onset. i.e. the select from a category should also have the go button simultaneously...so nothing is really loaded.

Reason being that some phones cannot process the java script that process the second display.
