Field and Folder - in 3.0.5.1

1) With 3.0.5.1 - Why the "ads" folder - before the listing - being forced to use?
Like:
http://wpclassipress.com/ads/ferrari-f430-like-new/

I do not want "ads" folder - in the website link structure.

How do I change / or disable "ads" folder - before the listing for the site?


3) "Price" field in Listing Form.

If I have category like Rental - It does not call "Price"
but call "Rent".

When a user list an ad - In the listing form they see "Price" - which is ok if is a merchandise or some products.

If I create a custom filed "Rent" for a Rental listing form - Then the (Price field) on the ad display - is blank.

Is there a way some kind of: " if / then " command?
like: if category Rental - then- display "Rent"
or : if category idx -then - display "Rent"

So when a user List a Rental - they would see "Rent" (for the price function)


I just mean the display text of the "Price Field" would say Rent noot Price.
