Generate dynamic results pages with custom fields

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to generate (automatically) pages with certain custom fields values.

Let's say that I want to make a car classified ads website. I add some custom fields in my ad form like make, model, ...
What I want to do is to generate specific pages for each make and each model (for example : www.mysite.com/bmw, www.mysite.com/audi, ...). Those pages will show all ads corresponding to the make or the model.

How can I make this?
